Holiday Group Carry a Bead Kit

Join the Holiday Cheer Squad together for a meaningful activity that spreads cheer to children and teens in the hospital! Included as a special Holiday treat is Courage Clips for each participant to keep and carry courage always. Select from presents, trees, or joy beads for your 25 Holiday Courage Clips. 

Each group kit represents a $5 donation per participant, helping provide Beads of Courage programs for children coping with serious illness.

Your Holiday Carry a Bead Group Kit Includes:

• 25 Carry a Bead pairs for your group to carry during an activity or event
• 25 Holiday Courage Clips (presents, trees, or joy beads) to keep
• 25 Encouragement Note Cards for participants to write a note to a child
• A Postage‑Paid Return Envelope to send your completed beads and notes back easily

When your group carries a bead—during a holiday party, team practice, band rehearsal, run, walk, parade, or any meaningful moment, you’re creating a powerful message of encouragement and connection for a child or teen in the hospital.

After your beads and signed notes are returned, they are delivered to Beads of Courage member hospitals. There, they are given to children undergoing treatment on a tough day—moments when connection matters most. Through your simple act of carrying a bead, your group says: Keep going. You are not alone. We’re cheering for you every step of the way.

Your participation helps support more than 60,000 children and teens we serve yearly strengthening human connection and reminding each child that a community of caring individuals is standing with them.
