AYA Virtual Bead Strong (Peace) -Wednesday, December 18th

DESCRIPTION OF SESSION:

Join Beads of Courage for a virtual Bead Strong session! A great opportunity for self-care. Hosted by our Beads of Courage Program Director, Abby Briscoe

Bead Strong was created to provide an experience in mindfulness. Each Bead Strong activity uses several different tools including mantras, art, breathwork and beads.

Registration is required by December 9th

The materials you will need for the session will be sent in advance to you. You will also need basic art materials such as pencils, crayons, and/or markers.

Following your order, Beads of Courage will be in contact to provide more details.
