Pet Carry a Bead Kit - Your pet can be a companion to courageous kids!

Pets are nature’s perfect companions, and we want to share your pet’s adventures with kids we support though Beads of Courage.

What you will do (The instructions come inside the kit too): You will receive a Beads of Courage Carry a Bead: Pet Edition kit*. We hope your pet wears the matching beads during a walk, hike, swim, or whatever fun adventure you can both enjoy. Take pictures and even a video of your pet proudly wearing their shiny new beads. Share on social media tag us @beadsofcourage using #petswithbeads, #carryabead, and Text "PET" to 520-366-3431 to share your photos and videos with us!

Once your pet Carry a Bead experience is completed, you will mail one of the two beads back to Beads of Courage. The bead you return packaged with your completed story card “written by your pet” will be given to a child or teen who receives Beads of Courage to encourage them on a tough treatment day.

The Beads of Courage Pet Carry a Bead was released to celebrate National Pet Week® May 2-8, 2021 and pets who carried beads up until May 7, 2021 participated in our 1st BOC Pet Parade! (see the video here: https://beadsofcourage.org/pet...)
