DESCRIPTION OF SESSION:
Join Beads of Courage for a virtual Bead Strong session! A great opportunity for self-care. Hosted by our Beads of Courage Program Team.
Bead Strong was created to provide an experience in mindfulness. Each Bead Strong activity uses several different tools including mantras, art, breathwork and beads.
Registration is required by January 7th
The materials you will need for the session will be sent in advance to you. You will also need basic art materials such as pencils, crayons, and/or markers.
Following your order, Beads of Courage will be in contact to provide more details.
These workshops are made possible by Pierre's Birthday Fund and Northwestern Mutual, Beads of Courage's national hematology oncology sponsor.
- When? Wednesday, January 15th, 8:00-9:00 EST
- Who? Adolescents and Young Adults (AYA) with cancer
- Orders are required to be placed by Tuesday, January 7th
