Join the Beads of Courage Summer Challenge and turn your summer miles into meaningful support for brave kids.

From June 21 through September 22, 2026, challenge yourself to complete 100 miles and raise or donate $100 through the activities you love — walking, running, hiking, biking, swimming, or any combination that keeps you moving.

Every mile you complete and every dollar you raise helps provide the Beads of Courage that honor a child's courage through treatment, procedures, hospital stays, and important milestones.

Our Goal

The goal of the Summer Challenge is simple: build a community of fierce supporters who are committed to helping brave kids receive the beads they need to tell their stories of courage.

Each Beads of Courage bead represents a moment in a child's healthcare journey — a treatment endured, a procedure completed, a milestone reached, or a moment of bravery shown.

By coming together to complete 100 miles and raise $100, participants help ensure that children coping with cancer and other serious illnesses receive the beads they earn through every step of treatment.
